Omschrijving:
For one of our clients in Amsterdam we are looking for a skilled software engineering professional specialized in the design and development of Android Mobile Applications. The candidate should have strong skills in development of native applications. It is an advantage if the candidate has experience with cryptography.

Algemene kennis/ervaring:
Experience with agile (Scrum / eXtreme programming)
Experience in user interface development (visual aspects of the app are really important for us)

Technische kennis/ervaring:
Strong knowledge of software engineering (object oriented programming, design patterns, clean-code, unit testing, version management, build scripts)
Strong coding skills in Android
Experience with tools and operating systems such as Git, XCode, MAC OS, Linux , Javascript

Competenties:
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or comparable (HBO opleiding)
3 or more years of Android development experience
Experience with encryption algorithms
Experience with continuous integration
Dutch and/or English speaking and writing
Good social and communication skills

Talenkennis:
English (and Dutch)

Overige wensen:
Knowledge of XML, JSON, web-services, security.
Knowledge of HTML5, Mobile Web App technology.
Dexguard, JavaScript (for automated testing).
Experience with tablet development, knowledge on Social Media API(s) such as Facebook, Twitter, and such

Dev engineer for developing Android
We are looking for an experienced Android developer with a proven track record. Although the focus is on Android development we require you to perform outstandingly on all the work related to app development in a devops team and development of automated testing is just one of the area’s we rely on heavily. Since the Mobile Banking app is handling sensitive and critical financial data we are especially interested in developers with knowledge of security concepts and encryption algorithms.
We have set a high bar and we want someone who will raise it further
