    For our client in Amsterdam we’re looking for a Business Analyst Regulatory Reporting.

    The Finance department integrates finance-related activities on change, support, operations, reporting as well as data and systems.
    It drives the information architecture and analytics capabilities of the Finance organisation.
    It concentrates on change, data management, reporting, servicing the Finance community and optimising processes.
    The Finance Information Management department is responsible for information services and is the linking pin between Finance & IT.
    Finance Information Management will manage the strategically shared components implemented by the 4Sight programme.

    Job Description
    Within 4Sight, we are currently implementing a new strategic environment for Regulatory Reporting.
    The new environment consist of standard processes, a standardized data driven dataflow, the necessary regulatory calculations and reporting functionality.
    The first focus of the new environment is to cater for all CRR/CRD IV reports (DA LCR, NSFR, ALMM, FINREP, AE, FP, COREP incl. LR, LE and Benchmarking).
    The required functionality will be delivered by Oracle with the OFSAA application and Moody’s Analytics with the RiskAuthority application.
    One of the FIM departments is the Regulatory Reporting team. We are looking for a Business Analyst Regulatory Reporting.
    In this job you are responsible for the delivery of functional designs for all the functionality that is needed for the end to end process for these regulatory reports.
    This includes amongst others data quality and validation, different regulatory ‘calculations’, internal analysis, sign off and regulatory report requirements (incl. EBA validations).
    In this job you have the opportunity to work closely together with subject matter experts of Oracle and Moody’s Analytics.

    Examples of activities that are part of the job:
    - Create planning and approach for the design deliverables that are assigned to you;
    - Gather and/or validate requirements within the organisation;
    - Organise workshop in order to clarify requirements and draft design;
    - Write functional design document and validate with user community;
    - Organise explanatory and fit/gap sessions with subject matter experts of vendors;
    - Validate the technical/configuration design delivered by subject matter experts of vendors;
    - Write test cases related to the functional design;
    - Test delivered functionality in Functional Acceptance Test.

    Your skills:
    - Broad and deep knowledge about regulatory calculation and reporting processes and requirements;
    - Strong analytical skills and proven experience with regulatory reporting processes;
    - Strong Business Analytical skills;
    - Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
    - Proven experience with facilitation of workshops;
    - Knowledge of Financial Products;
    - Proven experience in working in an agile environment;
    - Education: University (UK), HBO/University (NL). Preferably Business Economics, Information Technology or Mathematics;
    - Proven experience with transferring knowledge;
    - Knowledge and hands-on experience of Financial Regulatory Reporting (e.g. ECB/DNB/BoE reporting) and/or Head-Office reporting.
