For a new brand in watches we are looking for: Business development manager / brand develop manager • Have experience and/or affinity working in the Fashion & Accessories sector
• Manage direct sales quotation process, pricing
• Monitor data integrity and the timeliness of sales data reporting
• Create sales forecasts with sales teams and distributors, provide input to Operations
• Oversee International Business analysis, trends, sales reporting processes
• Develop market entry strategies, including reimbursement, registrations requirements
• Assist in developing longer term strategy and next year budgets, develop revenue, unit, and budget forecasts
• Manage priorities for regulatory and other support functions based on business strategy across International markets
• Identify opportunities for sales process improvement
• Develop and implement customer service strategies
• Recruit, set organization structure, manage, and coach personnel We are looking for somebody who has able help us starting up a new brand in the market. Requirements: • Familiarity with and interest in furthering one’s knowledge of watch making and the global luxury timepiece industry
• Ability to deal with complex technical know-how
• Fluency in English and Dutch
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a flair for training
• Dynamic team player, enthusiastic and reliable
