For our client in Amsterdam we are looking for a Data Tech Lead.

You are the Tech Lead of a small but high quality team that sets itself apart from the competition by fast learning cycles, radical thinking, experimentation and countless energy. You will be key creator of technology to fulfill the business objectives. As the work on MVP grows, you have to not only deliver but work on a plan towards scaling of the product. This would include architectural requirements, resources and technical skill set analysis, and make key future proof technology choices.
Your primary goal is to solve a big, hairy business problem in the world of financing together with the rest of your start-up team.

Your working environment:
You will start as part of a dynamic 3 member team where you will work alongside the Initiative Lead and Customer Lead. You will be coached with Service Design, Lean start-up and Agile scrum to move forward as quickly and lean as possible.

Your profile and competencies:
Master’s/Bachelor's Degree
You are not only a technology visionary but have the technical hands-on knowledge to identifying the right technologies to use for a specific business proposal
You have 5+ years of work experience in developing digital products and you are able to apply your practical knowledge to build better software
You feel comfortable taking risk and act in an uncertain environment and are a natural team player with the ability to follow through in spite of setbacks and challenges
You have a solid understanding of data analytics, data aggregation, data storage, platforms and (open) API's
Security protocols, information risk is a plus

Primary location:
Amsterdam, the Netherlands, with some travel required.
