Het team bestaat uit 7 medewerkers en er wordt z.s.m. een nieuwe collega gezocht. Indien iemand later beschikbaar komt bv maart/begin april ook graag aanbieden.
 
Gezocht wordt naar een professional met ervaring met:

• het modelleren van data:
• het migreren van data
• het integreren van data
• het opzetten van “een list of values”
• het opzetten van referentiedata
• kan meedenken in opstellen van planning van het project
• communicatief goed is in zowel NL als Engels tbv communicatie met verschillende landen

Werklocatie is Amsterdam. Het in de aanvraag genoemde reizen is minimaal tot nul.

OnePAM is one of the five pillars of the Touch Point Platform and will bring the new bank a state of the art Single Global Master Data Management solution accessible via APIs. It will provide a uniform standardized Single Source of Truth for identifying, retrieving and maintaining parties, products, agreements and permissions data. IBM Infosphere MDM combined with standardised APIs form the heart of OnePAM. OnePAM is in production in the Netherlands and gives access to all private individual customers. Currently we are extending the use of OnePAM by adding all business customers of Wholesale Banking and on boarding more countries in Europe. At the end of 2019 all  entities in Europe should have migrated to OnePAM. After 2019 we will extend the scope to a global scale. OnePAM is sponsored by the bank Chief Data Officer (CDO) and uses standard  business terms called ING Esperanto.

OnePAM Chapter reports to Global Data Management, whose primary focus is to deliver data availability and governance to the organisation via two functions.

Data Governance is a strategic capability that delivers data governance and its components (policy consolidation, operational governance execution, governance monitoring, data quality and data definitions) to the organisation.

Data Product Management is a strategic capability that manages the planning and delivery of data management capabilities to the organisation, and is responsible for all aspects of the data product lifecycle including demand management, requirements gathering, business case derivation, product scoping and feasibility, roadmap and delivery management.

Job Profile
You will
o    Be part of the Global Data Management team of  COO organisation,
o    Be a member of the OnePAM Chapter Data Governance and Migration,
o    Define, manage and own the OnePAM Logical Data Model(s),
o    Define and manage the OnePAM Reference Data Strategy,
o    Define ‘Esperanto’ Terms and Definitions for data attributes needed in OnePAM,
o    Guarantee the quality and sustainability of deliverables,
o    Take detailed notes, summarizing in a concise fashion the essence of meetings/workshops to distribute clearly on decisions taken and actions identified. Follow-up of these actions.

Your responsibilities
o    Support and coach the OnePAM tribe and squad members: you are the “glue” that ensures that the business needs fit the data model neatly,
o    Support the implementation and monitoring of projects to achieve planned outcomes,
o    Determine and execute the OnePAM Migration Strategy,
o    Support the OnePAM program of both complex and cross-domain projects,
o    Manage the OnePAM Data Quality validation rules,
o    Strongly contribute to all aspects of projects from scoping, planning & development, scheduling, and costing to change controlling, dependencies, risks and issues managing,
o    Work in a structured way to get commitment of involved parties, to support change and to communicate effectively,
o    Liaise with OnePAM stakeholders including global/local  Data Management functions.

o    a bachelor/master's degree or equivalent through experience
o    a proven experience (3-5 years) in data and/or business analysis
o    knowledge of/ experience in Party, Products and Agreement data management processes
o    knowledge of and functional expertise in banking and financial services,
o    affinity with data management
o    proven communication / influencing skills with the ability to work at all levels
o    excellent knowledge of written and spoken Dutch/English
o    experience in scrum/agile working environment
o    good writing skills (to produce end-user documentation)

Competencies
Technical
o    Knowledge of data modelling tools,
o    Knowledge of API’s (SOAP or REST),
o    Knowledge of IBM Infosphere is a real plus.

Functional
o    Knowledge of the Master Data Management concept,
o    Understanding of Business data models and Data exchange models,
o    Strong knowledge of Party, Products, Agreements,  Mandates, and permissions,
o    Ability to read and write functional analysis,
o    Knowledge of banking or financial sector.
