For our client in Amsterdam we are looking for a Frond-end Developer (Java/Polymer).

Description:
As part of a small Agile/ Scrum team that has a primary focus of developing a home-made application for the registration and governance of IT interfaces called the iStore, you will play a big part as an engineer with an Agile mindset and a broad interest in IT development with a special focus on front-end development. We are looking for a team-player who is willing to learn and who doesn’t shy away for new (technical) challenges.

Our Stack:
Within the IT-Chapter we mainly use the following technologies and frameworks: (Java, Polymer, etc.). All based on a (Tomcat/Linux/Cassandra) stack on which we deliver every two weeks fully automated new features into production.

Profile:
- You have an awesome personality, You shine! You are also in for a good laugh every now and then
- You have at least 3 years of experience as an Engineer
- You have knowledge of Java 8, HTML, CSS, Polymer, JavaScript, webservers, Java API
- Experience with Tomcat, Cassandra, Linux and GIT or you are at least a rock star in all of them
- You enjoy to come up with solutions in new technologies
- You have experience with working in a complex and challenging IT environment
- You have experience in an Agile/Scrum/Dev/Ops team
- You are a team player and a true professional in every way
- You speak up, are transparent and not shy to confront somebody
- You handle production support issues as they arise
- You have a getting-things-done mentality
