Your function

We have a temporary opening for an experienced

HR Business Partner (Grade C1, level 2)

(Almere and sometimes Eindhoven, 32 hrs per week)

working for our Business Units Operations in Mobility Solutions Netherlands and Finance DLL NL.


Your profile
Role & responsibilities
As HR Business Partner you will partner with all management levels of the business units Operations & Finance, give advice and support on management & employee related issues and challenges. You support and advise on operational and tactical HR themes such as management development, development, performance management and employee engagement.

You will work closely with functional HR specialists at Corporate HR DLL. This role is part of a team of 4 HR Business partners, recruitment NL that work closely together for Financial & Mobility Solutions in DLL Netherlands.


Do you have?
To be an ideal candidate you are an experienced HR professional with relevant HR business partnering experience within a professional business environment. Strong business acumen is preferred. You have a masters’ degree in social sciences, business, law or economics; and proven experience in complex, matrix organizations where change management processes, individual and organizational development principles are key.
