For our client in Amsterdam we are looking for a IT Infra DevOps Engineer (security/risk).

You are an energetic DevOps Engineer with a passion for IT Infrastructure and positive can-do mind-set. You are a team player working as a core member of a multidisciplinary squad with end-to-end responsibility for Facility Management NL Security Systems. You are used working to with Agile/Scrum/Kanban.

You have a broad and diverse set of competencies that allow you to design, develop, test, deliver and maintain standardized and highly automated infrastructure services. You continuously strive to improve yourself and your colleagues.

Security Applications: ACCI_SCS, AEOS, Prismata and Traka

Responsibilities:
1. IT SPOC within the company
2. Risk Management
3. Operational contact with vendor(s)
4. Control that Vendor delivers what has been agreed upon in the contract

Activities:
1. IT SPOC within the company
- Responsible for handling ITIL processes (incident, Problem, Change & Configuration management) in ServiceNow
- Availability and performance monitoring
- Make test scenario's
- Automate (user)tests
- Authorisation Management
- Take part in tribe and squad Scrum/Kanban activities
- Come up with improvements

2. Risk Management
- Coordinate (Infra) changes
- Make sure that all systems fulfil the standards and policies by using tools e.g.: OCD, Nessus (vulnerability scanning), Troux (Life Cycle Management)
- Take part in Disaster Recovery Tests

3. Operational contact vendor(s)
- Incident / Problem / Change management
- Adjust release planning with vendor(s) and/or internal stakeholder(s)
- Conduct Acceptance and Production testing

4. Control that vendor delivers what has been agreed upon in the contract
- Manage changes in de ING standards & policies
- Represent the IT Custodian

Knowledge:
- AEOS (NEDAP) (a plus)
- Intrusion detection systems
- Video security systems
- Network Management
- Agile Methodology (DevOps)
- Windows Systems Management including patching
