    For our client in Amsterdam, we are looking for a Management Assistant for their CISO Management Team

    The Global Cyber Information Security Organisation of our client is responsible to assist management, business and other tribes in providing customer friendly services in a safe and secure way. Business leaders and CISO are jointly responsible for security. CISO is mandated to drive required change in all domains, business and IT.

    Job description
    In your role as Management Assistant, you will support the 5-person Management Team of CISO. Your main responsibilities will be to manage the complex agendas and make sure the managers are prepared in a variety of day-to-day activities.

    You are an experienced secretary/management assistant, flexible and capable of working in a complex and dynamic environment. You are proactive, loyal, enthusiastic, a real team player and you are willing to take on challenges. You can work independently as well as in collaboration with the team. You set priorities and integrate tasks effectively. You think creatively about how to solve problems, address challenges and you have a high attention to detail. You have a sensitivity for cultural differences.

    Main tasks:
    • Organize, prepare and schedule meetings, manage diaries and in some cases mailboxes
    • Assess priority, sensitivity and purpose of meetings, travel requests and day-to-day activities
    • Issues reminders for appointments & follow up actions points
    • Act as the point of contact and maintain internal and external contacts
    • Provide organizational, logistical, general and technical support in relation to meetings, media, conferences, seminars, receptions, online events and anniversaries
    • Administration (operate a range of administrative systems, for example sickness and absence records)
    • Take care of the administrative handling of new staff / transfers / leavers, expenses, Ibuy and E-profit in accordance with existing compliance rules
    • Act as the central point of contact for the CISO employees

    Working and thinking level
    • Minimum of 5 years' work experience in a secretarial/supporting role
    • MBO+ / HBO
    • Fluent in English and Dutch, both verbal & written
    • You master the most commonly used office programmes / applications such as Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Workday, IBuy, etc., and are willing to learn new ones when needed
