For our client in Amsterdam we are looking for a Process Engineer Change and Configuration Management.
The Process Engineer wants to take the lead in the coordination of our changes and helping squads to understand the CMDB.
Job Description
For a replacement in our Change&Configuration; Management squad we are looking for an engineer with experience in Change and Configuration Management, preferably with knowledge of the banking industry and the ambition to proactively help squads in their engineering journey.
We expect you to take the lead in the coordination of changes and helping squads to understand the CMDB.
Your role is quite diverse and no day will ever be the same. However your primary responsibility /
Tasks / deliverables will be:
- Prepare and facilitate the daily DCAB (ChangeBoard)
- Make sure that all changes do comply to the clients quality criteria;
- Impacting more complex infrastructural changes with impact on Mobile, iDEAL;
- Helping teams solving Data Quality errors in the CMDB;
- Continuously try to simplify or shorten the change&config; process.
Profile
Bachelor and/or Master degree in Information Technology;
Engineer (Ops or Dev with at least 4 years’ experience) willing to broaden his horizon;
Understanding of Continuous Delivery concepts;
Your main drive is to automate controls and checks;
Knowledge of Change and Configuration Management
Excellent communication and problem solving skills;
Being able to analyse processes and translate them into requirements for automation;
Team player with a knowledge sharing mentality;
You have a focus on enabling other squads.
