For our client in Amsterdam we are looking for a Product Owner to take Continuous Delivery to the next level.

Description:
In this role, you will be working within the road-to-production family of the innovative Omnichannel Building Blocks tribe. Omnichannel Building Blocks is constantly is looking for opportunities to improve and to further accelerate the delivery of engineers and squads globally.
You will work together with several other product owners, architects and DevOps squads on developing and operating our continuous delivery pipeline with regard to continuous Integration and automated deployments.
You will be managing 2 squads (approximately 12 engineers) and working closely with the productowner of continuous delivery as a service.
As a Product Owner you are responsible for maximizing the value of a product/service and the DevOps squad’s activities. The exact approach for this may vary depending on the particular area, DevOps squad and person concerned.

You will be part of the road to production family and also a member of the Productowner chapter/community to develop a high performing, effective and standardized way of working within the Spotify framework.

Main responsibilities/tasks/deliverables:
- Vision (of your product/service in relation to the strategic ambitions)
- Portfolio & processmanagement
- Epic/userstory breakdown and prioritizing for the squad
- Stakeholdermanagement
- Continuous improvement

Since we consider good teamwork to be essential to achieving the best results, we also find it very important that you play a positive role within your team and that you coach less senior team members and provide constructive feedback on their work.

Skills required:
- You have bachelor or master degree with minimum 2 years of experience as a product owner
- You have the ability to envision the dots on the horizon and have this adopted by your squad
- You have extensive knowledge of Continuous Delivery.
- You have a customer oriented mind set, balancing design and IT at just the right level
- You are interested in learning and eager to gain in-depth knowledge of our road to production environment
- You are fluent (written and verbal) in English
