For our client we are looking for an experienced and driven OPS Engineer SAAS for the Human Resource (HR) domain, who understands the HR customer as well as the IT and Risk&Security; field.

Job description:
As OPS Engineer SAAS you are part of a Workday team. The Workday team is a BusDevOPS teams which consist of Business Analists and Engineers.
Besides Workday, the team also maintains Kainos, a test tool for Workday and several SAAS application, a.o. Service Now and ‘Verzuim expert’.

As OPS Engineer you monitor SAAS applications on availability and correct functioning and take proactive and reactive actions to assure continuity, furthermore compliance and Risk & security are important part of your day to day work. Development and technical and application support is mainly outsourced to external vendors. In Changes the Engineer has important role in monitoring the deliverables according to the Definition of Done.
With regard to Kainos the OPS Engineer SAAS plays an important role in de preparations of the regressiontests and aligning other team members to keep the test cases up to date.

As OPS Engineer SAAS you focus on managing the third parties, supporting projects and Risk & Security related activities, e.g. OCD.

Skills:
At least Bachelor level
3 -5 years of experience in a service-oriented role and experience with DevOps teams.
Exprerience in operational Supplier management
Experience of Agile/scrum way of working
Knowledge of and experience with outsourcing (SAAS), ITIL, Infrastructure and Risk& Security Knowledge and experience with Kainos (preferably)
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Dutch), combined with interpersonal skills.
