Tarief: marktconform Salesforce program architect: To support our growth, our client is looking for a certified Sales program architect to be located in Den Haag. You will work in state-of-the-art customer projects, for some of the largest SalesForce implementations in the Netherlands. We are looking for a person who can talk to the business people of our customer. Someone who is a driving force for making sure that the customer gets what he wants, but also to explain the customer what is possible, and even what Salesforce can do that he was not even aware of. You should bring solid background in Sales Force. Your completed a number of large implementations, upgrades and possess a good understanding of service delivery. You bring significant experience of business process consultancy.
Who is able to verify that the implementation indeed corresponds to the customer requirements and is in line with overall strategy and that interaction of various Salesforce modules runs smoothly. Must haves (knock out criteria): • Experience with Agile WoW
• Experience in Salesforce
• Salesforce Certified Administrator
• Ability to fluent communicate with the customer in English or Dutch
• Nice to haves (preferred skills)
• Experience in Telco market
• Experience with Salesforce
• Enrich the existing process definitions with industry best-practices and Salesforce.com examples to improve the business value of the future solution
• Validation and review of the existing business requirements and deduction of new and additional requirements from the process design Required languages for this role: • Native Dutch
