For our client in Amsterdam we are looking for a Security Delivery Specialist.

As part of this squad, the Security Delivery Specialist ensures that the squad is providing the cross-functional competencies to support management in correct consumption of IAM services by coaching, workshops, defining local IT security procedures, participate in audit reviews, etc.

Who are you:
You are a driven IT security specialist with excellent IT security knowledge and the ability to diagnose and resolve ambiguous problems. You have very good social and communication skills. You work together with your colleagues across your domain. You have a have a 'no nonsense' getting-things-done mentality.

Responsibilities:
- Act as a resource to colleagues seeking security-related advice and/or information.
- Create, implement and maintain security-related procedures.
- Willingness to continuously improve technical skills

Your profile:
- Your key competencies: excellent team player, persistent, service oriented, customer centric, eager to learn, an entrepreneur.
- You love to deep dive technology, searching for root causes of issues and incidents and to resolve them.
- 5+ years of IT Security experience, preferably in defining policies, procedures, etc.
- Extensive experience with User Access processes and tools (preferably Aveska).
- Preferably one or more advanced Security certifications demonstrating a broad knowledge of the information security field such as: CISSP, SCCP, ISSAP, CISA, CISM, GSEC
- Preferably excellent understanding of Unix/Linux and/or Windows security.
- Flexible with respect to working pattern / hours.
- Great English communication skills, verbal as well as written.
