For our client in Amsterdam we are looking for an experienced Tibco DevOps Engineer.

The job
You are an energetic Dev Engineer with a passion for IT Infrastructure and positive can-do mind-set. You are a team player working as a core member of a multidisciplinary and cross-functional squad with end-to-end responsibility for selected infrastructure services. Close collaboration within and across the squads and with the consumer is of utmost importance for you.
You have a broad and diverse set of competencies that allow you to design, develop, test, deliver and maintain standardized and highly automated infrastructure services. You continuously strive to improve yourself and your colleagues in the DevOps way of working.

What you do
You deliver standard, self-service infrastructure services to the Infra NL consumers together with your squad and Infra Area. You are able to move all typical user stories and tasks from "To-Do" to "Done".
Especially, you focus on:
1. Deliver full infrastructure service to the consumer
2. Apply continuous delivery practices
3. Apply and improve DevOps way of working

Profile
- Experience with developing solution based on TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW) and TIBCO Business Process management (BPM)
- Experience with operational activities of TIBCO Enterprise Message Service (EMS), TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW) and TIBCO Business Process management (BPM)
- Experience in Red Hat Linux, Jenkins and GIT
- Technology of interfacing squads and consumers to achieve end-to-end view
- Impact of different factors on performance and capacity of services
- Technical implications of Security and Risk principles
- Basic understanding of Micro-Services and Service Oriented Architecture
- Clear understanding of consumer context and needs, as well as the value-add of your service to the consumer

- Expertise in multiple coding/ scripting languages and automation tooling
- Working knowledge of configuration tools like Puppet, Chef or Ansible
- Scripting experience in at least one of the following: Java, Python, Bash
- Experience with virtualization environments and tools e.g., VMware, Cloud Forms
- Working-level knowledge of Agile and DevOps practices
- Understanding of the Scrum methodology (e.g. backlog and spring planning, review and marketplace)
- Knowledge of Lean practices (e.g., waste identification, visual management)
- Deep knowledge of DevOps way of working (e.g., continuous delivery, cross-functional team set-ups, development of cross-skilled squad members)

- Excellent command of spoken and written Dutch and English
