For our client in the surroundings of Amsterdam, we are looking for a Business Analyst / Data Modeler for a big transformation program.

You make an impact by working in this role from an IT perspective:
• Contribute to the data modeling process within a bigger transformation program containing over 400 data points to be enriched with further dimensions;
• Analyzing and translating business needs into solution data models and evaluating existing data systems;
• Partner with business teams - Understand their needs and requirements, make recommendations for designs, solutions, and roadmap and prioritize implementation to support the business objectives;
• Coordinate with internal and external partners - Work with 3rd party software and internal teams (product, architecture, security, etc.) to ensure deliverables like designs are efficient, compliant, and accurate.

And specifically, for this vacancy of Business Analyst/Data Modeler, you have excellent influencing, analytical, and communication skills. With those skills, you truly understand the needs of the business to help build the best possible solutions. You complete this with:

• As a minimum a completed IT or science-related bachelor's degree;
• Ideally 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/Data Modeler within a global FCMG or Consulting organization;
• Knowledge and experience of data modeling techniques, Data Analytics/BI, MS Azure/datalakes;
• Fluency in English, both in writing and speaking.
