Voor onze eindklant in Amsterdam zijn wij op zoek naar een Dev Engineer (Oracle, Python, Java).

As a Development Engineer you will work in a DevOps team that is responsible for delivering Post Trade and Reporting solutions covering products in almost all asset classes. You will be responsible for the design and development of IT solutions. We work on the basis of the Scrum/Agile method and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery practices.
You will work in the dynamic and challenging environment of Financial Markets.

Who we are looking for
A Dev Engineer with a broad experience handling large data. Your education is at minimum HBO level. Ability to communicate in English is a must. Your colleagues are quite diverse and have several nationalities. We also don’t have to tell you what it means to operate in a large organization. The new DevOps teams use the scrum method and Continuous Delivery Engineering Practices. You will propose innovation and recommend enhancements where appropriate.

Profile
- Relevant IT Development Education
- 5 year+ relevant software engineering experience – Oracle, Java, Interface technologies (Java, Frameworks, Dojo, MQ, XFB, JMS ) and formatting (XML, FPML)
- Analytical
- Experience with continuous delivery (tooling / processes) is a strong plus
- Experience with automated testing is a strong plus
- Knowledge of / experience with Business Objects, Unix/Linux, C++ is a plus
- Flexibility in a very demanding and challenging environment
- Good communicator both written and oral
- Result driven
- Team player
