For our client in Amsterdam we are looking for an IT Lead Project Manager (risk).

Through a Total Facility Management (TFM) Outsourcing program, all Real Estate en Facility Services activities within nine countries will be transferred to one supplier. A corporate department will manage the contract.

For the program we are looking for an enthusiastic, self-starting Technology consultant who can lead the IT implementation process of the Real Estate and Facility Services Technology Solution of the supplier and the remaining IT within the countries. This is a temporary position for 1 to 1,5 years.

- Managing the assets (real estate and other) in the process, balancing the need for long term real estate commitments to the need for organisational agility;

Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Road management Technology for the transition from current state of technology to a defined end state. Challenges in this role are: defining the end state of the technology together with supplier, helping to standardize processes and technology solutions over the 9 countries, risk acceptance.
- Facilitate the business and the supplier regarding future functionalities (business requirements) in the Technology solution.
- Data/Asset ownership of data, applications and interfacing
Performing Business Impact Analysis
Accountable for IT Risk: IT/Risk requirements, and receive and evaluate IT Risk evidence (OCD)
- In this role you’ll be responsible for aligning with:
Senior management regarding innovation / smart building
Country (IT) management regarding global and local IT Solutions
TECH (you are the Demand manager for TECH)
First Line Risk Officer
TFM supplier for ICT service levels, changes, acceptance testing etc. together with the Service Manager IT form TECH
Knowledge and competences
- Content specialist with experience in Real Estate, Facility Services
- Analytical and conceptual strong
- Proactive, common-result driven, critical and positive mind-set
- Relevant experience and knowledge of IT systems and processes.
- Knowledge of our information risk management policies, methods and procedures
- Experience in running multi-country programs.

Education:
Master in Information Management, Business Administration.
