For our client in the surroundings of Amsterdam, we are looking for a Project Manager HR

There is a need for a PM for ongoing changes on SuccessFactors, as well as a global coordinator for regression testing of a major go live.

About the job
We're looking for a candidate to join our client's HR team, where you will be responsible for:
• Manage and deliver the scope for assigned projects;
• Stakeholder management with project updates, risk and issues management, vendor relationship management;
• Work side-by-side with other technical Project Managers in correlated projects to ensure an inclusive and structured delivery;
• Support the test managers in building the testing strategy and scope;
• Be able to aggregate the work for multiple countries;
• Know how to run your projects from end-to-end;
• You will define, prepare, lead and execute technical implementations, in order to deliver projects according to the common goals.

Requirements
• Good communication and organizational skills are key. With those skills, you identify priorities, constructively address issues, and present complex information concisely.
• A solid technical background (or high level of interest) in most common IT aspects like cloud / SaaS, test automation, etc.
• A bachelor's or master's degree.
• A solid set of experience within project management preferably in a Retail & Tech environment.
• Fluent in English (Dutch is not mandatory).
• Stakeholder management experience within a large, matrixed organization.
• A hands-on, get-things-done mentality.
• Valued Experience: Transformation Programs, Change Management, IT Transformation.
• Payroll ERPs and application change management.
