For our client in Amsterdam we our looking for a Senior Front-End Developer (HTML/CSS/JavaScript).

In this team you will work side-by-side with UX and Customer Journey experts on propositions for our clients. The squad Ivy consists of a Product Owner, 1 Customer Journey Expert, 5 Dev Engineers. 1 Ops Engineer. 1 part-time UX Designer en 1 Data Analist. The squad is part of the Tribe Experience DBZ. The purpose of this Tribe is to make customers and prospects more interested in using our products. The squad Ivy therefore creates a relevant and personalized view of our products.

Job Description
- Discuss and decide with Product Owner, User Experience and Customer Journey experts and other Engineers on the content of the propositions.
- Front End Application Development

We operate according to an Agile Scrum development process and strongly believe in the - DevOps approach to delivering IT solutions. The focus is on high-quality mission-critical software delivered in time using iterative development with regular milestone demos to the business, so that at the end there are no surprises about what we build.

Profile
- Bachelor / Master of Science in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Great English communication skills, verbal as well as written
- You love technology and naturally stay up-to-date on relevant new developments.
- 5+ years of software engineering experience (e-commerce experience is a pre)
- You are able to develop efficient and maintainable code with the right balance between solving the problem at hand and not over-engineering your solution
- Passionate about code quality and (integration) test automation
- In depth experience of HTML, CSS and vanilla JavaScript
- Working experience with several Front-End frameworks, e.g.Angular
- Knowledge of WebComponents and Polymer is a pre
- Experience with GIT/GitLab, Grunt/Gulp, NodeJS, Bower
- Good knowledge of OS fundamentals (e.g. Linux, Windows)
