For one of our clients in Amsterdam we are looking for an experienced SuccessFactors specialist, who has experience with supporting SuccessFactors, namely Performance & Goals.
The specialist will support local administrators & super users with optimal use of the SuccessFactors platform and assist with reporting questions.
Advising the customer on possible solutions by understanding the capabilities and boundaries of SuccessFactors.
The role may also include the configuration of Performance/360 forms and Goal plans.

Skills:
- Experience with SuccessFactors project methodology
- Experience with SuccessFactors Performance & Goals (Certified)
- Experience with (HR) Process design
- Good communication & relationship skills
- Experience with application support is desired (BiSL / ITIL)
- Project management skills (PRINCE2)
- MS-Office tools, capable of manipulating data in Excel or MS-Access. - Affinity with data & interfacing processes
- Highly proficient Dutch & English communication skills (verbally & written)
- Consulting skills, advice of possible configuration
- Able to translate HR process requirements to configuration
- >3 years years of experience
- Level: HBO/WO
