Job description:
Commissioned by a principal, we are looking for a Team Manager for 40 hours a week in the area of Darmstadt, Germany.
The team is responsible for monitoring and implementation of all foreign currency payments, high value payments , cheque processing as well to process the controls of the involved interfaces

Your Responsibility:

• Responsible for functional and disciplinary team leadership . This includes supervision, coaching and development of employees
• Resources and operational planning on day–to-day business
• Ensuring the associated processes, including quality controls
• Optimization of work procedures and harmonization of processes
• Prioritization and coordination of tasks to assigned employees.
• Support Department Manager in the implementation new procedures and requirements
• Be part of the "Major Incident Process" within the company as “Manager of Duty” and manage a virtual expert team to reduce the resolution time for major incidents

Job requirements:
• You manage the demanding tasks based on your extensive functional expertise as well in your long-term management and coaching - experience . Your functional background is based on training as a banker and / or in business studies as well in sufficient years of work experience. Preferably by an international payment service provider with currency background.
• You already have experience in Incident-, Change- , Problem- and Release management, ideally with ITIL. Furthermore, you as a manager are used to implement changes as a leader.
• We assume due to the international environment you speak and write fluent English. Your working style is characterized by your structured thinking and acting as well as a process- oriented approach.
• You have very high social skills and you’ll be able to bring a team to the next level of teamwork. At the same time you are equipped with the corresponding assertiveness. Organizational skills and above-average commitment to complete your profile
