    Job description:
    Commissioned by a principal, we are looking for a Team Manager for 40 hours a week in the area of Hilversum. In this position you manage the realization of the team objectives, through the assigned test team on the assigned location, realise the most optimum organisation, determine test strategies, test scenario’s and as well as a test master plans and directs the suppliers process regarding test resources for all processes (incl. projects) and changes, incidents and system upgrades, leading to (cost) efficient test processes supporting optimal services to the client. The most important tasks are:
    • Manages the test team(organization and maintenance) on the assigned locations;
    • Selects and implements the required supporting test tools and monitors the use of them across the organization in alignment with the other teams;
    • Confers with involved centers, departments and teams regarding test activities that require mutual cooperation as a result of mutual dependency;
    • Agrees with external clients regarding content and planning of test processes;
    • Plans and organises the test activities (regularly and from projects);
    • Pro-actively contributes to the Test strategy;
    • Determines report concepts and takes care of the execution of Team reports. Job requirements:
    • Higher Vocational Education;
    • > 5 years’ experience in the assigned functional area
    • Specific knowledge regarding testing, test processes and methodology/tools;
    • You are client focused and result driven;
    • You are very good in problem analyses and problem solving;
    • Capable to work in an international environment, you speak English fluently;
    • You are a real people manager, show interest in the people in your team and create an environment of openness and trust;
    • You set the example and are a role model who leads from the front;
    • You respond positively to changing business circumstances and readily adapt your behaviour to maintain effective performance;
    • You constructively tackle poor performance and inappropriate behaviour and you are constantly focused on improving;
    • You create a learning environment and encourage your staff to continuously learn, develop and share knowledge in daily practice. Whenever you apply tot his job we ask you to at least mention two references in your résumé.
