For our client in Amsterdam we are looking for a Risk & Security Engineer (IAM/RBAC).

Role and Responsibilities:
Global Workplace Services delivers the workplace for > 50.000 employees globally. This workplace consists of the following services:
- Endpoint Management & Application Delivery (Device & OS management, Hosted workplace & Applications, Endpoint devices (incl. collaboration devices), App Store & Software Distribution, Print & Scan (3rd party solution))
- Communication & Collaboration (Email, Calendar & Contacts, Team Collaboration, Document Collaboration, Telephony Office, Mobile)
- Core Services (Hosting Infrastructure, Workplace SaaS platform, Workplace Security Services, Remote Access Services, Automation, Directories)
- Workplace Support (Self Service, Knowledge Management, Service Desk, Service Points & Local Support, Cross Functional Services (processes), Support Tooling)

Specifically for Workplace Support we are looking for an additional risk & security engineer for Access Control & Authorization matrix

Education Requirements:
- University Bachelor's degree (IT and Security majors) or similar professional training and/or working experience

Required skills/knowledge of:
- Proficient in the workings of IAM and have at least basic security management skills
- Knowledgeable on banking IAM and Security baselines
- Has application management skills or knows what makes an application tick (application roles, application access, service accounts, etc.)
- Can read OSGs (Operational Security Guides, Vendor manuals, high level and low level design documents)
- Proficient in the workings of AD (Active Directory)
- Has PowerShell skills
- Proficient in the workings of Linux and Windows
- Has at least basic SOLL matrix skills (we can train this further)
- Project management skills - needs to be able to push on progression and also keep track of SOLL matrix quality

Years of experience required:
- 2+ years of experience in similar roles
- ITIL and CSI certifications

Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on troubleshooting skills in the required areas
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Aveksa skills are a pre (but we can train this also)

Additional Notes:
- The primary focus of the role is to execute SOLL/IST comparisons (aka Access Control & Authorization matrix and knows how to approach fixing deviations.
- Needs to be able to push on progression / execution and also keep track of SOLL matrix quality
