For our client in Amsterdam we are looking for a Senior Product Manager Value Proposition.

The Senior Product Manager Value Proposition is member of the Global SME/MC Value Proposition team and as such shared responsible for realising the Global SME & MC objectives drives the development and implementation of products for the SME & MC segment in the challenger countries and market leaders.

This role is responsible for defining the differentiating Value Proposition per challenger country, building upon the best practices inside (Market Leaders and Growth countries) and inside (Fintechs) the bank. With strong ambition to grow the global SME & MC portfolio, focus will be put on disruptive, innovative propositions and efficient digital processes.

For this role, it's pivotal to be able to influence senior stakeholders (for example global heads of support functions, country heads) and setting up global communities to enable agreement on the way forward. Next to this, knowledge of both the customer segment, the products and how to drive excellent digital customer experiences is key.
