For our client in Amsterdam we are looking for a User Acceptance Tester (UAT, Payments, SEPA, Selenium)

You are a proven champion in User Acceptance Testing of Payments services in Europe; SEPA payments, International Payments and non-SEPA domestic payments.
Our systems landscape, where payments are processed, is constantly improving and adapted on new regulations and improved client experience. To guarantee the quality payment services, we have to continuously test the payment services, end-to-end and from end user perspective.

Your key responsibilities
• You analyse business requirements and create test scenarios and test cases in alignment with your stakeholders
• You are responsible for planning your tests and report clearly on progress, and you manage and where possible mitigate the impediments and dependencies.
• You execute E2E test manually or automated, from client channel up to back office. Both for outgoing and incoming payments. Testing for changes as well as regression.
• You are able to explain observations clearly to colleagues and stakeholders in order to simplify analysis and resolution of possible defects.
• You report clearly on progress of testing and status of the test cases.
• You work with Customer Journey Experts, IT professionals, Payment Operations, ING Branches, other banks, Risk, Compliance, and Legal stakeholders on requirements, test progress and test status.

The department delivers payment services to both external and internal clients. These payment services need to work flawless. Together with your stakeholders you have a responsibility to thoroughly test payment services, end-to-end as an end user (Client, Operations, Customer Support).

• You have a bachelor s or university degree, and demonstrate relevant and at least 5 years of professional experience in testing payments in an international financial, multidisciplinary and complex environment.
• You are an expert in SEPA, International, non-SEPA domestic payments, External Clearings, Target2, SWIFT-messages and ISO20022 message standard.
• You have experience with Azure/Selenium/ServiceNow/ALM/UFT.
• You have analytical skills and take decisions/prioritize based on data and facts
• You are delivery focused and have a problem-solving mindset.
• You understand the Agile Way of Working. You are result driven, proactive, patient, meticulous, resilient and prepared to do the extra mile when required.
• You are a strong communicator and can explain test cases, results and observations clearly to different stakeholders
• You are excellent in English (verbal and written)
