For our client in Amsterdam we are looking for a Developer/Scrum Master (Oracle/TIBCO).

Profile
- A skilled and analytical IT Development Engineer in the role of scrum master.
- You are an expert and analytical IT Development Engineer in the role of scrum master.
- You are substantively strong and you're aiming to achieve the best in your work and concrete results.
- You understand better than anyone what the needs and wishes of your (internal) customers in the field of IT and moreover you are a true team player.-You are also able to coach colleague scrum masters and give them constructive feedback.

You also have:
- Minimum Bachelor degree;
- A minimum of 4 years relevant work experience in a complex IT environment;
- You are an experienced Scrum master Experience with Continuous Delivery is preferred.
- And your english is fluent.

Development and testing of high-quality applications with a bank that is a leader in IT innovations.
Work according to the latest methods within complex IT projects. As IT Developer you fulfill in a professional team of Development- and Operations Engineers (DevOps team) a major IT substantive role in the development and testing of one or more high-tech applications.

Environment
You work as an IT Developer in the role of Scrum Master is very diverse, but to your main tasks / focus areas include:
• Fill in the role of scrum master;
• Analysis and design of applications

For this assignment you will work at an important application that provides the reporting information. You will work in 1 of 4 Scrum teams. In each scrum team people with different skills participate: analyzing-, testing-, oracle-, WTX- and TIBCO skills.

The DevOps teams within use the Scrum methodology and Continuous Delivery Engineering Practices. Thus, has not only first in concrete innovations in the IT field, but also in the process followed to design, build and test applications as well as the process of taking in management, manage and ultimately decommissioning applications. In this way is constantly working on optimizing the service to its customers and to further strengthen its leading position in the market.
