Voor onze directe eindklant in Antwerpen zijn wij op zoek naar een Project Manager.



Startdatum: 1 juni 2018

Duur: 4 maanden (juni, juli, september en oktober)

Inzet: 40 uur per week



Purpose:

Manage the three months hypercare period after go-live and transition to business-as-usual.



Introduction:

For a Belgian energy company a new CRM, Billing and finance management system has been developed on a cloud platform. The Go-Live of this platform is expected early July when the user acceptance test is successfully completed.


The ideal candidate:

* is the Operational lead of Hypercare with a strong focus on processes instead of content
* coordinates Stewards, War room & Hypercare processes
* facilitates regarding decisions and priorities around:
* Bug fixes
* Hotfixes
* Incidents
* Releases
* Urgent change requests
* chairs Hypercare meetings
* gives status updates to different stakeholders
* is the link between war room & Core program team, Steerco, Maintenance Party
* ensure the transition from Program to customer and supplier


Competences:
